Start with the diagnosis
The right full-mouth plan depends on what can be saved.
All-on-4, All-on-6 and full-mouth reconstruction solve different problems. Your exam should determine which teeth can be preserved, how much bone is available and whether a fixed or removable restoration makes sense.

A case review may be useful if you have
- Multiple missing or failing teeth.
- Difficulty chewing with teeth or dentures.
- Restorative work that has failed more than once.
- An interest in replacing a removable denture with a fixed option.
What can change the plan
- Bone volume and soft-tissue condition.
- Active infection or untreated gum disease.
- General health, medications and healing risks.
- Smoking or clenching.
- The condition of each remaining tooth.
These factors require evaluation; they are not automatic exclusions.
| Option | What it does | Fixed or removable | What your evaluation must decide |
|---|---|---|---|
| All-on-4 | Replaces a complete arch on four implants. | Fixed | Whether four implants provide the right support for your anatomy and bite. |
| All-on-6 | Uses six implants to support a complete arch. | Fixed | Whether additional implant support is useful and anatomically possible. |
| Implant-supported overdenture | A removable denture that attaches to implants. | Removable | Whether anatomy, hygiene needs or budget favor a removable design. |
| Tooth-preserving or mixed plan | Keeps teeth with a good prognosis and adds implants only where needed. | Usually fixed | Which teeth can predictably remain part of the final restoration. |

Treatment and travel
From the first case review to the final restoration.

The clinic replies the same day with likely options, a price range and what still needs to be confirmed in person.

Scan · plan · verify
Every full-mouth case is planned digitally, from the first scan to the final fit.
Digital records are what make a full-arch plan predictable. We scan before treatment to plan implant positions, and again after surgery to verify them — so the provisional and the final prosthesis fit precisely.
Intraoral scanning with photogrammetry
Our 3DShining AORAL Scan Elite scanners include photogrammetry, which records the position of each implant with high precision once it has been placed. Because of that, we scan twice: at the start to plan, and after surgery to verify.
- No impression trays or impression material
- Precise implant positions recorded after placement
- Provisional and final prostheses that fit accurately
- Digital records kept for follow-up and adjustments
CBCT and 5D planning
RAYPreMiere creates three-dimensional records of dental and facial anatomy, used to assess bone volume, plan implant positions and explain the plan with greater clarity.
- Bone volume and anatomy assessed before surgery
- Implant positions planned against real structures
- Visual records for clearer treatment conversations
CAD/CAM design and milling
Restorations are designed and produced in house, with fewer outside handoffs. That shortens the time between scan, try-in and delivery during a travel visit.
- Design and fabrication on site
- Faster adjustments during your visit
- Zirconia and hybrid restorations
Sterilization and IV sedation
Class B sterilization with Euronda E10 vacuum cycles and traceable records, and IV sedation monitored by an anesthesiologist on site during surgical appointments.
- Class B vacuum cycles with traceable records
- Anesthesiologist present for sedation cases
- Surgical protocols applied to every full-arch case

Common questions
What patients usually want to know before booking.
If your question is not here, bring it to the video consultation — that is what it is for.

How many visits are usually needed?
Many full-arch cases are completed across a surgical trip and a later trip for the final restoration. Each visit usually takes three to four days. Grafting, staged healing or infection can add visits.
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
Both support a full fixed arch with implants. The number of implants depends on bone, anatomy, bite forces and the planned restoration. Read more about All-on-4 dental implants in Mexico.
Can you review my case before I travel?
Yes. Send clear photos, recent X-rays or CBCT if available, relevant health and medication information, and any previous plan or quote. You can then meet the team on a free video consultation. The remote review is preliminary; diagnosis and final pricing require an in-person evaluation.
Will I leave with fixed teeth the same day?
Fixed provisional teeth can be delivered when implant stability allows. That decision is made during treatment and cannot be guaranteed before the exam.
What can change the final cost?
Extractions, grafting, sinus lift, infection treatment, implant count, one arch or both, sedation and restoration material can change the estimate. Any change is documented in writing before treatment continues. For a full price breakdown, see dental implants in Mexico cost.
What happens if I have a problem after I return to the U.S.?
The clinic provides remote contact by phone, text or WhatsApp. Some issues can be reviewed by photo or video; others require local or in-person care. The complication and warranty process is provided in writing.
Free video consultation
Meet the team before you decide anything.
Most patients tell us the video call is the moment the decision becomes easy. You meet Dr. Tomás García or a member of the specialist team, go through your records together, ask everything you want to ask, and leave with a clear idea of your options and your first visit. It is part of the service, at no cost and with no commitment.

1 · Send what you have
Photos, a panoramic X-ray or CBCT if you have one, your medications and any previous quote.
2 · We reply the same day
You receive a preliminary review and a time slot for the call, in English.
3 · Talk to the specialist
Face to face on video. Your case, your questions, and a plan for the visit.
A remote review is not a diagnosis. Candidacy, treatment and final pricing are confirmed after an in-person clinical evaluation.
